There is freedom to have space and the kids can go outside and ride their bikes with other children in the street,” she said.“We’re still 10 minutes away from their school and sporting facilities.“The reason for the move was to have more yard so the kids can kick a football, run and ride their bikes so they have a more outdoor lifestyle.“The other reason was you can have a shed so you can have a boat and accommodate for those hobbies we like to do in Townsville.”Ms Guazzo said it was mainly families in the cul-de-sac where she lives and the neighbourhood children regularly meet up.“The kids love it here and the fact that there are children in the street and they all meet up and go exploring and play sport together,” she said.
